LEXOR provides custom metal stamping capabilities for short, medium, or long production runs.

For longer runs, LEXOR productions of sheet metal stamping uses 10 to 300-ton manual or automatic feed presses with state-of-the-art feed lines for precision metal stamping. Our small, high-speed presses are ideal for producing intricate high volume stampings. Large parts and components are economically produced on our larger presses. LEXOR is pioneer in giving custom design solutions for in-die transfer, CAM actuation piercing and trimming and special purpose servo actuated press design up till 40 ton capacity.

Our in-house tool design and trusted tool room capability means LEXOR gives you quality from start to finish. We build and service all categories of tooling and fixtures, including progressive and in-die micro transfer deep drawing.
